US History 10B Week 8
I liked how we learned so much new materical this week. After break, teachers usually let you slack off and they’re lazy and I liked how we actually DID something IN CLASS every day. I like that about this class in general: we do most of the learning in-class.
Every single day there seems to be another negative thing about the United States being thrown out. We turn away Jews, bomb the Japanese, and then we support dictators? It’s no wonder that not many people outside the country likes America! But the Cold War and Nuclear arms race is really interesting. It’s cool to see how eveything that seemed to happen such a long time ago is very recent and still affects our daily lives.
